Chelsie Orr is a certified Culinary graduate from Le Cordon Bleu, Minneapolis/St. Paul campus, in the classic French techniques. She has an Associates degree in culinary arts and has worked in the hospitality/restaurant industry for the last eight years and as a chef for the last six years. She has worked in a variety of different establishments ranging from French style bistros, ethnic Vietnamese and large scale hotel restaurants. She has also worked as a culinary educator at College of the Redwoods for two years, teaching culinary fundamentals.

- Robert Orr was educated in the art of baking and pastries and classic French cuisine at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena, California. He has an Associates degree in baking and pastries as well as culinary arts graduating with honors. He also has an Associates degree in business administration from Antelope Valley College with a focus in accounting. He has worked as an Executive Pastry Chef, creating desserts, pastries and breads as well as wedding cakes and sugar sculptures. He has also worked as a Sous-Chef and kitchen manager. He has worked in the hospitality/restaurant industry since 1994.
